Emergency Department Officer Role

The Emergency Department is seeking an Administrative Officer to perform administrative functions and support effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service to patients and families presenting to the ED with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately register, admit, and manage financial elections of all patients and associated administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support effective patient care.
Requirements:
  • Possess capacity to retain and apply knowledge of patient revenue and fee management.
  • Demonstrate highly effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

Candidates must be able to work a 24/7 rotating roster and demonstrate willingness to consider urgent requests for coverage. The ideal candidate will commit to delivering high-quality services in a fast-paced environment.
