Reliability Expert Role

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Expert to join our team and contribute to achieving production targets.
- This role involves developing and maintaining preventive maintenance programs for both fixed and mobile equipment.
- The selected candidate will provide engineering expertise for all maintenance activities, collaborate with other superintendents, and work closely with the Asset Manager.
- Design and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure asset reliability and minimize downtime.
- Investigate root causes of equipment failures, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective actions.
- Contribute to risk assessments for new and existing assets to ensure operational safety and compliance.
- Provide input on capital investment proposals to address reliability concerns and improve overall performance.
- Proven experience in asset reliability engineering within mining/mineral processing or heavy industry operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of site infrastructure and asset management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of LEAN processes and Continuous Improvement.
