About the Role:
This position plays a vital part in the factory's maintenance team, supporting the operation of 50+ ABB robots integrated into our production process.
We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our collaborative and passionate manufacturing maintenance and engineering team.
You will work closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement, reduce downtime, enhance process efficiency, and manage data through various systems.
The ideal candidate will have advanced technical and analytical skills, experience with industrial-scale robots, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with others.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support meetings to review downtime and assist supervisors with improvement activities
- Review and update area TPM boards & conduct Audits
- Conduct daily analysis of downtime events and update logs with countermeasures
- Weekly / Monthly analysis and reporting of downtime events
- Coordinate and analyze Preventative and predictive maintenance activity
- Review / modify maintenance PM's for effectiveness
- Plan and schedule equipment improvement activities
- Train/coach maintenance personnel in reliability practices
Your Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Master/bachelor's degree in engineering or (Mechatronic) Mechanical or formal qualifications in reliability maintenance
- Minimum 5 years' experience working within Manufacturing or sector with robotics
- Strong technical and analytic skills
- Advanced fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to handle intricate processes
- Understanding and compliance of WHS, environmental, quality regulations
- Proactive attitude and flexibility to adapt to different situations
