Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

You will conduct inspections to identify potential problems and make necessary repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes performing regular checks on equipment and systems, diagnosing issues, and making adjustments or replacements as needed.

In addition to your technical skills, you must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and make necessary repairs
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school diploma or associate's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of job-related experience required
  • Ability to lift/carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for long periods of time
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
