Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

The role involves providing comprehensive support to the Tax & Legal division, ensuring seamless service delivery and contributing to the division's overall efficiency and success.

Your Opportunity

You will join a fast-paced and high-performing team as an Engagement Coordinator, responsible for managing end-to-end administration of client engagements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service support to internal stakeholders within the Tax & Legal division.
  • Lead the delivery of administrative tasks for KPMG client engagements.
  • Manage physical ATO correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal teams or clients.
  • Prepare engagement letters, reports, and other documentation.
  • Update job codes in SAP and maintain data integrity.
  • Raise bills and manage client debtor accounts.
  • Support the client-facing team using various Risk Management systems and accounting software.
