About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our collaborative and supportive team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for looking after our Quality Air Equipment functions.

About Your Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be a genuine business partner working closely with Supply Chain and Sales operations. This role is to provide quality partnering, information, and analytical support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Periodic Reporting to Head Office including P&L, Balance Sheet.
  • Ensuring all month-end procedures and general ledger reconciliations are performed and help drive an accounting compliant culture.
  • Product Costing, Cost Management, and Analysis.
  • Ownership of month-end close, forecasting, and annual budget process.
  • Stock oversight and reconciliation.
  • Implementing cost accounting systems to track and analyze cost drivers.
  • Coordinating with external auditors for annual audits and regulatory compliance.

What Makes You Successful:

To excel in this role, you'll need the below:

  • Experience working in manufacturing accounting (essential).
  • Experience using MYOB (desirable but not essential).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Applicable tertiary qualifications in accounting (CA, CPA, or CIMA).
