We are seeking a Disability Support Practitioner to join our team, providing personalised support in a group home setting. The successful candidate will assist clients with daily living tasks, administer medication, and support clients to engage and participate in their community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality support to clients in a group home setting
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
  • Administering medication and manual handling
  • Supporting clients to build skills and become more independent
  • Transporting clients, using CPA minivan, if applicable

Requirements

  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is preferred
  • Live locally to the locations mentioned above
