We're seeking an experienced and skilled graphic designer to elevate our brand's visual identity across various environments. As a senior member of our design team, you'll play a pivotal role in creating compelling, brand-aligned creative work that maximizes visibility and impact.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into effective design solutions. Your portfolio should showcase a strong background in branding and building future brands, with a focus on creating identities from scratch and boosting them for success in a competitive market.

Your key responsibilities will include developing visually cohesive café programs, creating high-impact point-of-sale materials, and designing packaging that drives sell-through and brand recognition. You'll also be responsible for resizing and adapting existing creative assets for various touchpoints, including digital banners, social media, print, and out-of-home advertising.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in the FMCG, liquor, or hospitality sectors. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, and experience with After Effects or similar tools is highly regarded. A strong understanding of brand building and visual storytelling is also crucial, as is your ability to manage multiple projects with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
