Job Title: Community Support Assistant

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Community Support Assistant.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide social support to older people
  • Assist with personal care
  • Support with medication management
  • Prepare meals for clients
  • Assist with light domestic duties

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for supporting elderly people
  • High level of time management and ability to work autonomously
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • A minimum Cert III qualification in Aged Care/Community Care/Individual Support (or equivalent qualifications)
