Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist the Venue Manager in the leadership of the day-to-day operation of the gaming room
  • Drive exceptional customer service in the gaming rooms
  • Monitor gaming operations to ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to implement and champion our Responsible Gambling Code
  • Experience in supervising and performing gaming / wagering and cash handling duties
  • Strong communication skills and passion to deliver a consistent, high-level guest experience
