Lead Gaming Room Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gaming Room Manager to lead our gaming room team. As the key figure in this role, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere that fosters long-term relationships with regular customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise gaming room staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of compliance and safety within the gaming room.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve staff performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a gaming room manager or equivalent level position.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of gaming industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid RSA and RSG/RCG certificate.
