Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Conexson in Ballina. As a PCA, you will make a positive impact on the lives of our participants by providing personal care assistance with daily living, mobility assistance, and building relationships with our residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mobility and transfer of participants, as per care plans
  • Build relationships with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant care and services
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check / Yellow Card
  • Working With Children / Blue Card (Preferred)
  • Certificate 3 or Paid Experience
  • Updated Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Driver's License and reliable transport
  • Fully Covid 19 vaccinated and booster shot would be desirable as per NSW Health Regulations
  • Valid Rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc)

  • Weekly salary ranging from $800-$2000
