About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support our business leaders in WA and SA region.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of retail operations to drive our people strategy and help us continue our mission of service and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Strong Teams: Coach and mentor teams to influence employee relations and drive a positive culture.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, grievances, investigations, role changes and remuneration reviews.
- Collaboration: Foster relationships with the wider HR team to ensure consistent and successful HR service delivery.
- Promote People Management Capability: Support leaders by providing necessary information and tools and offering coaching when needed.
- Deliver HR Initiatives: Implement programs developed by the Centre of Excellence in a nationally consistent, timely and effective manner.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring robust HR business partnering experience preferably in a retail setting, with high engagement levels and ability to build trust, influence frontline leaders, and provide valuable HR guidance.
Key Capabilities:
- A relevant degree qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support managers and employees.
- Demonstrated ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy and deliver relevant, effective people solutions in a changing environment.
- Experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues.
- Strong commercial orientation: understanding of business and retail operations.
- Multi-site experience is highly desirable.
- Experience working with an HRIS - ideally experience in working with Workday.
Requirements of the Role:
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- Interstate travel required.
