Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking food & beverage orders and running food & drinks with precision and speed
  • Setting up and packing down the restaurant and bar area following service periods, ensuring everything is tidy and well-organized
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner, providing high standards of customer service
  • Maintaining and following health, safety, and security procedures at all times
  • Presenting yourself in a put-together, professional manner, with high regard for personal grooming

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous but not essential
  • A genuine passion for work in the hospitality and food industry
  • A valid RSA certification
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Australian working rights, with the ability to work across a varied roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
