Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our front office team. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide efficient check-in/check-out services.
  • Manage and update guest reservations using our property management system, ensuring accuracy in room assignments, rates, and billing.
  • Handle guest enquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and prompt problem-solving.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, tours, and services.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Process payments, issue receipts/invoices, and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Prepare daily reports and assist in end-of-shift handovers.
  • Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
About You

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a front desk or hotel reception role. Familiarity with property management systems is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive and guest-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
