Join Bupa's Technology - Chief Operating Office (COO) Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to partner with our business representatives and deliver high-quality Business Analysis services for complex initiatives at pace.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business and operational perspective, with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst. They will be able to analyse processes, drive efficiency, and identify potential opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business initiative owners to develop a deep understanding of challenges, pain points, and areas of opportunity.
  • Plan, establish, and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
  • Conduct Cost/Benefit Analysis to support discovery and new business investment proposals.
  • Develop current and future state process documentation.
  • Develop business requirement specifications (BRS) and functional requirement specification (FRS) documentation.
  • Challenging and asking 'why' to provide the best solution for the business and our customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop clear and unambiguous product backlogs of work.
