Requirements:
  • Ability to develop regional infrastructure plans in collaboration with state agencies, regional, and industry stakeholders
  • Capacity to coordinate infrastructure planning for high growth areas in partnership with infrastructure delivery agencies and local governments
  • Skilled negotiator able to drive more effective infrastructure outcomes
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure planning processes across state and local government
