About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a full-time or part-time Kitchen Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing stock, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, focusing on kitchen and bathroom products
  • Manage stock effectively, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers
  • Design and quote kitchen designs, manage ongoing orders, and generate future sales leads and opportunities within our kitchen and bathroom departments
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve business objectives and deliver results-driven outcomes

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for customer experience and a desire to learn and grow
  • The ability to approach, connect, and confidently interact with customers
  • An eagerness to learn about products and services
  • Acting with integrity, being safe, and doing your best
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
