Based around Northern Sydney's beaches, our fine foods client caters to a wide range of local customers including; 5 star hotels, service stations, bakeries, and provide catering for corporate and private functions.

**The Opportunity**
We're seeking a Production Kitchen Supervisor to join an immediate team of 8-10, overseeing the daily production of the catering kitchen. You will be responsible for ensuring overall food quality standards are met, and that all orders are packed and ready for delivery on schedule. This is also a hands on role, where you will assist with preparing and packaging sandwiches for deliveries to various customers.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Prepare and package sandwiches
- Oversee production kitchen team
- Maintain a high level of quality control
- Assist with stock check & prepare order list
- Prepare daily prep list for the Head Chef

**What's on offer**:

- $30p/h + Super
- Daily free lunch (make your own)
- Approx. 45 hour work week, 9am - 5-6pm

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience working in a kitchen environment
- HACCP Certification (or other food safety cert) - preferable
- Excellent organisation & time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Food safety conscious & attention to detail
- Good knife skills
- Basic computer skills - print labels for sandwiches
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
