Senior Insolvency Specialist Opportunity

This is an exciting role for a skilled professional looking to advance their career in insolvency and restructuring.

The Senior Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of corporate and personal insolvency appointments, leading investigations, stakeholder engagement, and asset realisation strategies. They will also be responsible for preparing statutory reports, detailed investigations, and Court documentation, as well as mentoring and supervising junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex corporate and personal insolvency appointments
  • Lead investigations and develop effective stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and Court documentation
  • Mentor and supervise junior consultants to ensure their professional growth and development

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge base, excellent communication skills, commercial and emotional intelligence, and a collaborative leadership style.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate and/or personal insolvency
  • Strong technical knowledge with proven ability to manage files autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills with commercial and emotional intelligence
  • Collaborative leadership style and mentoring mindset
  • CA/CPA/IPA qualified (or near completion); ARITA qualification highly regarded
  • Full Australian work rights (citizen or permanent resident)
