We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and be the face of our branch.
In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also have the opportunity to educate customers on our online platforms and tools, and recommend our products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
This is a permanent, full-time position located at our Community Bank Tugun branch. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a strong desire to make a real impact in their community.
About You- Extensive experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
- An ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the telephone
- An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
