Our organisation is seeking Food and Beverage Attendants to perform hospitality and kitchen duties in various settings.

The role involves catering breakfast, lunch, and dinner services on a 7-day roster, with the main hours being evening shifts between 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

Located in the Gippsland region of Victoria, this is a great opportunity to join our team and gain valuable experience in customer service and food preparation.

About The Role
  • Support the Hospitality and Catering team by delivering friendly and professional service to all customers.
  • Clean, sanitise, and maintain equipment, furniture, and premises, reporting any repairs and maintenance needed.
  • Ensure all meals are processed in the meal pass system, handle and bank cash following company protocols, and report any suspicious behaviour immediately.
  • Assist with basic food preparation as requested by the Head Chef.
About You
  • Must have current VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate (training available on site).
  • Customer service experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must be Australian citizens, able to maintain a Defence clearance, and pass an Australian Federal Police Check.
