Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company operating across Australia and New Zealand, serving clients who own and operate assets critical to our communities. In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are currently seeking Food and Beverage Attendants to perform hospitality and kitchen duties at the RAAF East Sale in Victoria's Gippsland region.

This casual position involves supporting the hospitality team by delivering friendly, helpful, and professional service, maintaining equipment and premises, handling meals and cash, and assisting with basic food preparation. Shifts are primarily in the evening from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, available ASAP, with services catering breakfast, lunch, and dinner between 5:30 am and 8:00 pm on a 7-day roster.

Requirements include current VIC RSA, Food Handlers Certificate (training available on-site), customer service experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Defence clearance and pass a Federal Police Check. Australian citizenship is required.
