**Job Summary**

This role focuses on developing and leading a comprehensive program to identify and mitigate potential non-compliance risks within the contract cleaning industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating effective strategies, implementing processes, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a risk-based regulatory compliance program, incorporating data-driven approaches to identify and assess potential non-compliance risks.
  • Lead a small team in achieving regulatory and compliance outcomes, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages skilled, motivated, and productive team members.
  • Provide authoritative analysis and advice to senior leadership on potential regulatory compliance issues, including coordination and/or preparation of reports, briefing notes, and memoranda.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the contract cleaning industry, including its key issues and risks.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in leading compliance programs, including the ability to establish clear plans for delivery and accountability for execution and quality of results.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing risk-based regulatory and compliance programs, with the ability to embed a data-led approach to identifying and managing non-compliance.
