About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at McNab. As a key member of our construction leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives and deliver results
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, estimating, and commercial teams
  • Manage project risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced construction professional with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will have a strong understanding of construction management principles, practices, and procedures, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles, practices, and procedures
