About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned Development Manager to join CoRecruit and take on a key role in the delivery of high-end waterfront apartment projects. As a trusted advisor to the Development Director, you will be responsible for managing a number of projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet the company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life-cycle of residential apartment projects, from planning and design to delivery.
  • Work closely with the Development Director to develop and implement project strategies.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience in residential and/or mixed-use developments.
  • Tertiary qualification in urban design, planning, engineering, property development, property economics, construction, or client-side project management or related discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, initiative, high level of organisation skills.
  • Experience in management of end-to-end life cycle of projects, from inception to delivery.
  • Be a self-starter who is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
