
Enterprise Technical Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our enterprise customers.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Customer Engagement: Partner with our sales team to engage with prospects, assess their needs, and provide tailored demonstrations of our solutions.
- Solution Design: Work closely with our product and engineering teams to design effective solutions that meet the unique needs of our enterprise customers.
- Technical Presentations: Lead compelling presentations and technical deep-dives to showcase the value of our solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
