Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Assistant to join our team at HOBAN Recruitment in Kalgoorlie. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of stock, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in receiving and shipping stock, maintain accurate stock management, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Liaise with customers, freight companies, and branches to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of stock.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, manage inventory, and perform bi-annual stock counts.
  • Support Services: Assist in preparing pricing/quotes for customers, manage consignment stock, and provide support to the 3rd Party OHS provider.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Current Australian Drivers Licence (C Class) and forklift certificate.
