Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Kalgoorlie Branch.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service to external and internal customers for parts
  • Interpreting customer requests and identifying solutions
  • Supplying parts to meet customer needs
  • Assisting in stores on a daily basis
  • Filing and maintaining accurate records
  • Working safely and reporting hazards as required
  • Sourcing parts as needed
  • Initiating invoices for parts
  • Updating and maintaining computer records
  • Resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies
  • Participating in a rotating roster, including on-call shifts

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Parts environment
  • High safety knowledge and a strong safety culture
  • A developed mechanical understanding
  • High-level computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Forklift license (High Risk) is not essential but preferred
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail

You will be an excellent communicator, team player, and demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and motivation in your work. You will also have a focus on providing quality customer service.
