Compliance Investigator Role

A key position within our organization, the Compliance Investigator plays a critical role in identifying and addressing potential fraud risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough monitoring and investigative activities to inform strategic recommendations for administrative and court-based actions.
  • Exercise authority to undertake evidence-gathering activities, identifying and mitigating quality and safeguarding risks.
  • Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders to share intelligence and develop briefing papers recommending actions to address fraud and misuse of funds.
  • Implement and monitor the impact of regulatory interventions, including large-scale disruption activities.
  • Collaborate across functional areas to identify opportunities for deploying cross-functional strategies to address compliance issues.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship
  • Baseline security clearance
  • Extensive experience in Compliance/Investigations
