We are seeking a skilled Member Services Officer to join our dynamic team. As the face of our business, you will provide exceptional customer service to our members and visitors.

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new members and deliver first-class customer service, ensuring it aligns with our Mission, Vision, and Values.

  • Have a passion for fitness and enjoy helping people achieve their goals
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
  • Apply sound cash handling principles and use Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Promote our services and programs to customers and accept bookings and enrolments
  • Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification and Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check

Prior experience in fitness, sales, customer service or a retail environment is highly advantageous, but we encourage candidates with a friendly attitude and customer service mindset to apply.
