Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Membership Support Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and driving membership growth through proactive outreach activities.

About the Role

The Membership Support Consultant will be the first point of contact for members, responsible for delivering personalized experiences that exceed expectations and foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with members to understand their needs and preferences, developing tailored solutions to enhance their fitness journey.
  • Drive membership growth through effective sales promotions, referral campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Achieve set targets for lead contacts, conversions, and membership retention rates.
  • Provide expert advice on Fitness First programs, services, and products, ensuring seamless member experiences.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing members, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • A problem-solving mindset, enabling you to provide innovative solutions that meet member needs.
  • Drive and motivation, with a focus on achieving goals and exceeding targets.
