Key to delivering complex outcomes, we are seeking professionals to join our team in supporting Defence and government programs.

  • We require candidates with Defence program delivery experience and a strong understanding of the Defence Capability Life Cycle and Commonwealth Procurement Rules.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or Naval Architecture to support Defence capability acquisition and sustainment projects.

  • We also seek professionals with experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) strategy development, Defence logistics frameworks (MILIS, AMPS), and sustainment programs.

A background in project coordination, scheduling, or maintenance planning—especially in Defence, maritime, or complex asset environments—is highly regarded.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory for all positions due to security clearance requirements.
  • The ability to hold or maintain NV1 Security Clearance is required.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience aligned with the role are essential.
  • Prior Defence, government, or industry project exposure is preferred.
  • Eligibility to access information subject to ITAR regulations is necessary.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
