We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a security program and its associated projects.
This is a full-time role that will be based onsite at our client's location in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, review, manage, and disseminate critical program/project artefacts, including reports, procurement documents, and communication materials.
- Maintain a deep understanding of program/project schedules, financials, stakeholders, and desired outcomes.
- Lead effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for program/project objectives.
- Provide strategic support and report directly to executive-level boards/committees.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 10 years of experience managing complex ICT programs or projects in government or large enterprise environments.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and negotiation, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
- Extensive experience in preparing, reviewing, and managing program/project artefacts, including reports, procurement documents, and communication materials.
- A proven track record of proactiveness, professionalism, resilience, and personal integrity in all professional endeavours.
Due to the nature of this role, Federal Government Security Clearances are highly desirable.
