We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Window Installer. This role involves the precise and safe installation of aluminium windows and doors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for installing residential and commercial windows and doors, sashes, and site glazing. They will ensure accurate alignment, sealing, and finishing of installations, interpret and follow technical drawings and installation specifications, conduct minor adjustments and repairs as required, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and communicate effectively and professionally with clients and the office.
Requirements- Experience in glazing or a similar position within the window industry would be highly regarded
- Comprehensive understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Capable of lifting and performing manual handling tasks
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High standard of personal presentation and reliability
- Willingness to learn and adhere to installation procedures and product knowledge
- Ability to work independently but also part of a team
- Hold a valid drivers license and White Card
- Stable employment with a reputable company
- A strong safety culture and supportive team environment
