Position Overview We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Window Installer/Offsider to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the precise and safe installation of aluminium windows and doors, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall residential and commercial windows and doors, sashes, and site glazing.Ensure accurate alignment, sealing, and finishing of installationsInterpret and follow technical drawings and installation specificationsConduct minor adjustments and repairs as requiredMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCommunicate effectively and professionally with clients and the office.Candidate RequirementsExperience in glazing or a similar position within the window industry would be highly regardedComprehensive understanding of workplace health and safety practicesCapable of lifting and performing manual handling tasksComfortable working at heights and using laddersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh standard of personal presentation and reliabilityWillingness to learn and adhere to Trend's installation procedures and product knowledgeBe a motivated individual that can work independently but also part of a teamHold a valid drivers license and White Card What We OfferStable employment with a reputable and long-established companyA strong safety culture and supportive team environmentHolidays over the Christmas periodOpportunities for professional development and trainingGenerous VENTORA product discountsAll relevant tools supplied Application Process If you are ready to join a reputable company that values quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction, Apply Now or send your resume directly to Please clearly indicate "Window Installer" in the subject line of your application.
