Your Journey Begins

  • You will be part of a dynamic team that shares your enthusiasm for travel and commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences for our customers.
  • With a focus on building strong relationships and providing personalized recommendations, you will have the chance to explore various travel options and products, from flights and accommodation to cruises and tours.
  • As a true expert in your field, you will access industry travel discounts and qualify for sponsored 'Familiarisation Trips' to discover new destinations and products around the world.
  • In this role, you will be supported in your career growth through our Brightness of Future pathways within our global organisation.
  • Develop your skills with a Certificate 3 & 4 in Travel & Tourism through Australian Apprentice Training, with potential direct financial support while you study.
  • You will thrive in a workplace that values individualism and diversity, celebrating different perspectives and backgrounds.

A Day in the Life

  • Roll out the red carpet for customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued through active listening and positive attitude.
  • Be someone customers can trust and rely on, showing them you take their business seriously but not yourself.

  • You are the go-to person in your circle for travel advice and recommendations.
  • You seek out new ways to build on your success and think creatively to find the best travel solutions for customers.
  • You believe hard work should be rewarded, focusing on achieving KPIs and sales targets to secure incentives.
  • You understand the importance of organisation and time management to achieve results and stay on top of your work.

What We Offer

  • A competitive estimated salary of $60,000 plus super and penalties, with uncapped incentives payment structure.
  • Average earnings for a Travel Consultant in their first 12 months are $60k plus super and penalties.
