We are seeking a seasoned traveller to join our team as a Sales Travel Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for travel and open up the world for our customers.

Compensation Package: Our compensation package is highly competitive, with a base wage plus uncapped incentives payment structure. Average earnings for a Travel Consultant in their first 12 months are $60k plus super and penalties, increasing to $78k by the second year – with average earnings up to $95k for Senior Consultants and $138k for Team Leaders.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for building dream itineraries for our customers and creating lasting memories they'll share for years to come. You will also share your travel knowledge and make the perfect recommendations for your customer, choosing from a range of different travel options products and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • You're a seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations (and even more on your bucket list) and you're the go-to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks
  • You believe hard work should be rewarded, so you thrive in an environment where KPIs and sales targets help you achieve the incentives you deserve
  • You're a team player who is open to feedback on ways to improve your sales processes and are always open to improving
  • You seek out new ways to build on your success and think outside of the box for your customers to find the best travel solution for them
