Ivory Group is a local council based in far Northwestern Sydney, offering a unique opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of Open Space projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Open Space projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for relevant stakeholders, including project briefs, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Coordinate and manage teams and resources, ensuring effective project execution.
  • Prepare project briefs, specifications, and tender documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, or Engineering.
  • Previous experience in managing Open Space projects on local Government, preferred.
  • Significant knowledge of infrastructure and building projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Software proficiency in Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Office Suite, and Primavera 6.
