Key Responsibilities

This autonomous role plays a key part in enabling our sales teams to execute their roles, supporting their in-store strategies and providing the best possible shopping experience for consumers.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to understand marketing fundamentals from the ground up. Your main duties will include:

  • Maintaining in-store displays to showcase products effectively
  • Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling)
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers

You must be self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Holding a valid driver's license and having your own vehicle is required.

About This Role

The focus of the role is to deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to specific service level agreements and support train and deliver in-store projects.

As an in-store ambassador for our business, you will build strong relationships with both the retail team and the product suppliers.

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use technology and various digital applications and systems is also necessary. Strong time management, prioritisation skills, and initiative are required for success in this role.
