Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering innovative visual merchandising strategies for all of our stores nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, plan and implement merchandising ideas and strategies to achieve sales goals while maintaining company guidelines.
  • Manage weekly VM guidelines and Merchandising documents, providing support and training to Regional VM teams to ensure high levels of execution.
  • Assist with new store openings and/or refurbishments.
  • Work with National VM teams and Regional Managers to carefully plan and assess different store shapes and sizes to maximize sales while maintaining company guidelines.
  • Foster strong collaboration with Buyers, Planners and Allocators to ensure products are presented at a high standard and in line with the company brand and direction.
  • Manage design and set up of major events, promotions and campaigns.
  • Assist with window concept design and coordinate smooth installation in stores.
  • Provide solutions when challenges arise during times of VM implementation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Visual Merchandising Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to liaise at all levels and across all departments, and possess a genuine interest in homewares.

Requirements

The successful candidate will require a qualification in Visual Merchandising and/or Interior Design, along with a high level of proficiency in Photoshop/InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.

What We Offer

This role requires regular travel to stores and may involve some interstate travel. Applicants must have their own vehicle and a current driver's licence.
