We are seeking a skilled Facial Therapist to join our team, who will provide exceptional Guest experiences through meticulous attention to detail, impeccable technique, and intense nourishment.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Facial Therapist in a reputable beauty salon, facial studio, or day spa, and hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Cert. IV.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality facial treatments that meet Aesop's exact protocols
- Creating and maintaining relationships with Guests to encourage repeat visits
- Meeting KPIs and achieving retail targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
We offer a 12-month opportunity until late 2025, with an on-site working pattern of Tuesday - Saturday. The roster is as follows:
- Tuesday - Friday: 9:45am - 6:15pm
- Saturday: 9:45am - 5:15pm
- 38 hours per week
