Job Overview

The Insurance Broker will work closely with clients to find tailored insurance solutions that meet their business needs.

Liaising with clients and insurers, the successful candidate will process quotes, invoices, premiums and adjustments while maintaining up-to-date records.

They will also be responsible for continuously updating their knowledge of the industry and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance quotes and claims efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and insurers to provide excellent customer service.

Skill Requirements:

  • Tier 1 qualification in broking.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
