We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our gardening team as a labourer or apprentice in the beautiful Southern Highlands. This is an excellent opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills and knowledge of horticulture, and contribute to the creation of stunning gardens.

This role involves a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Mulching
  • Mowing
  • Whipper-snipping
  • Hedging
  • Irrigation

You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure all facets of garden maintenance meet our high standards. Your contributions will play a crucial part in creating personalized gardens with attention to detail.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert III Gardens/Horticulture/Turf qualifications (desired but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good machinery knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • The drive and ambition to exceed client expectations in a quality environment
