Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration professional to join our team in the Southern Highlands.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is passionate about delivering accurate support to customers and colleagues.

The successful candidate will have advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word, as well as excellent written, verbal, and numeracy skills. They will be able to interpret written and verbal instructions, work independently, and take initiative when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Document preparation, including creating and maintaining computer systems and spreadsheets
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
  • Filing and maintenance of records electronically and manually
  • Cycle counting and inventory maintenance
  • Providing general Administrative and Clerical support to Management and colleagues
  • Answering phones
  • Maintaining a clean working environment

Requirements:

  • Advanced computer skills and Accurate data entry in Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in basic accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent written, verbal, and numeracy skills
  • Able to work independently and willing to take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines and problem-solving capabilities
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to participate and contribute within a team environment
  • Current drivers' license and reliable vehicle
  • Local residence in the Southern Highlands area
  • Permanent Australian Resident
