Job Title: Senior Audit Specialist

Join a dynamic team at REO Group as a Senior Audit Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in leading internal audits and risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute internal audits and fraud investigations.
  • Ensure thorough coverage and effective risk management in audits.
  • Assist in creating and updating the risk-based Internal Audit Universe and Audit Plan.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Address and track business improvement requests.
  • Keep updated on internal audit practices and contribute to the annual audit charter review.
  • Represent the Group Internal Audit function in senior forums.
  • Engage with the Audit Committee and other senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with executive-level stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Membership or eligibility for the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
  • At least 7 years of experience in senior auditing roles within complex organisations.
  • Expertise in the IIA International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF).
