About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our brand-new store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, maintaining a high level of customer service, and driving sales to achieve set targets.

  • Oversee daily operations, including stock management and visual merchandising

Requirements
  • Confident and experienced retail supervisor with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to supervise and provide direction to a small team
