Bucking Bull started serving traditional roast to the Australian public in the year 1999 and has since then established itself as an icon of the Australian food court.

Our store is currently seeking a Store Supervisor who displays a positive attitude, strong and compassionate leadership skills, a willingness to embrace challenges, and superb team building skills.

This is a **full-time position** (**38 hours per week**) and involves the following store functions:

- Stock control and ordering
- Customer service management
- Food preparation and quality control
- Management of food safety protocols
- Shift management and training functions
- KPI management

**Qualifications**
- Must have 2 years of general experience in Fast Food or Hospitality
- 6 months experience as a Supervisor or Manager
- Must be available to work on a Weekend
