We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill a part-time casual receptionist/optical assistant role. This opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic environment, providing top-notch customer service and contributing to the success of our team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and possess a strong attention to detail. They will also be proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet patients with a smile
  • Assist patients in selecting appropriate frames and sunglasses
  • Provide professional advice and recommendations on lens options
  • Place and track orders for lenses, frames, and other eyewear accessories

Job Type: Part-time, Casual, Temp to perm. Schedule: Day shift. Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week. Benefits include employee discount, employee mentoring program, and professional development assistance. Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay, Penalty rates. Work Location: In person. Work Authorisation: Australia (required).
