Main Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers.
- Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food.
- Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked.
- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
- Stock and clean shelves, frozen and dairy case.
- Maintain back stock in good order.
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment.
- Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing.
Requirements
- Outgoing and bubbly personality, willing to engage with our customers.
- Team player, coordination is key as working together is imperative for success.
- Flexible availability, it's a busy shop across 7 days.
We aim to make shopping enjoyable rather than a chore. Our EVPWe are a profitable and highly successful fresh food retail business with an amazing brand reputation for delivering great quality food and good value to our customers.
